Better Stronger Faster offers kettlebell strength training classes in Denton, Greater Manchester, built on the Strongfirst methodology — one of the most respected strength training systems in the world. We teach the six essential kettlebell movements — Swing, Get Up, Clean, Squat, Press, and Snatch — known as the Big 6. These six movements, trained correctly and progressively, develop genuine functional strength, conditioning, and mobility that transfers to everything else you do in life.

Ged's Strongfirst journey covers the full certification pathway: SFG Level 1 (kettlebell), SFB (barbell), SFG Level 2, and SFL (flexibility) — the combination of which qualifies for Strongfirst Elite status, achieved nearly three years ago. He is also a certified Flexible Steel Level 1 instructor, affiliated with Strongfirst, bringing mobility and movement quality alongside strength to every session.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Ged has taught kettlebell training across Greater Manchester, developing a coaching style that combines the precision of the Strongfirst methodology with a genuine understanding of what it takes to build lasting strength in real people with real lives.
Alongside kettlebell coaching, Ged holds IKMF Expert 1 in self-protection and teaches real world self defence through Rock Steady Contact Combat at the same venue. The strength and body awareness built through proper kettlebell training directly supports physical capability in every area of life.
